Brasilia’s practice is primarily focused on Maritime and Admiralty law. As part of her practice, Brasilia represents major cruise lines assisting in the defense of lawsuits arising from injuries occurring onboard moving vessels in navigable waters. Brasilia has extensive experience in defending claims for negligence, vicarious liability, premises liability and actions brought forth by seaman under the Jones Act. 

Brasilia has also represented companies and individuals in a wide array of state and federal litigation matters. She has significant experience in defending claims for breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation and false advertising, violation of Florida’s Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), and medical malpractice
