Damon concentrates his practice in the area of maritime law. He has extensive experience representing maritime clients in connection with personal injuries on board commercial and private vessels as well as in marine facilities, including crew, passenger and longshore claims. He has represented several of the International Group of Protection and Indemnity Clubs and their Members. These matters include collisions, groundings, vessel sinkings, wreckage removal, environmental damage, stowaways and cargo claims. In addition, Damon has experience as a senior claims executive for one of the International Group P&I Clubs and brings that experience to his private practice.
