Jonathan was born in Central Florida and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Arts at the University of Arizona. After an award-winning career in the film and television industry, he attended the University of Miami School of Law and obtained his Juris Doctor cum laude in 2024. While in law school, Jonathan worked as a judicial intern at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, worked as a certified legal intern for the State Attorney’s Office for the 9th Judicial Circuit of Florida, and served as the Admiral of the Maritime Law Society.
Upon admission to the Florida Bar, Jonathan practiced toxic tort litigation for nearly two years before joining Horr Skipp & Perez. He now focuses his practice on Admiralty and Maritime litigation and arbitration, representing major cruise lines as well as insurers of private vessels.
