HSP OBTAINS SUMMARY JUDGEMENT
The team of Brian Scarry and George Florez were successful in obtaining a summary judgement for Carnival Corporation in a negligence action. In Carroll vs. Carnival Corporation, the court found that Carnival is entitled to judgement and dismissed the case after reading the compelling motion written by Brian and George.
