HSP OBTAINS SUMMARY JUDGMENT IN FAVOR OF CARNIVAL

Horr, Skipp & Perez, P.A. recently obtained summary judgment in favor of Carnival Corporation and against a passenger in a negligence action involving a trip-and-fall on a flight of stairs on board the Carnival Breeze.
