Horr, Skipp & Perez, P.A., recently obtained another favorable ruling in an arbitration in favor of a cruise ship operator in a crewmember personal injury case where the Claimant challenged the choice of law and venue clauses in a collective bargaining agreement.  The terms and conditions of the CBA were upheld by the arbitrator.  The arbitrator heavily relied upon the Alvarado-Castro v. Pullmantur, 220 So. 3d 531 (Fla. 3d DCA 2017) and Cvoro v. Carnival, 941 F.3d 487 (11^th Cir. 2019) decisions, both of which were also handled by the firm.
