HSP Obtains Defense Awards

The law firm of Horr Skipp & Perez P.A. successfully defended a major cruise line in two crewmember arbitrations.  Final hearings in both cases took place in Monaco over four days between August 29, 2022 and September 1, 2022.  Both crewmembers alleged work place related injuries.  Ultimately, the Tribunal determined that both crewmembers failed to meet their burden of proof and entered an award in favor of the cruise line.
